Background: Traditional rubber band ligation can improve the symptoms of hemorrhoids, techniques used vary among centers and degree hemorrhoids may also affect therapeutic efficacy post-operative outcome, especially for patients with grade III (hemorrhoid prolapses). This study aimed to investigate clinical modified (MRBL) in treatment internal hemorrhoids.
